Join the Ramos Family at Junior League of Sacramento’s 5th Touch-a-Truck

Join us at Raley Field in Sacramento on Saturday, November 9th, 2019 for the 5th annual Touch-a-Truck.

Touch-A-Truck gives children an educational opportunity to learn about the variety of trucks in our community. It is a unique and interactive event allowing children to touch and see the heavy machinery of their favorite trucks. They can sit on fire trucks, turn on the siren of an ambulance, explore a bulldozer, and so much more. The event will also include food trucks and entertainment for the entire family to enjoy.

Touch-a-Truck is proudly sponsored by Ramos Oil Company, Safe Credit Union, VSS, Ditch Witch, Capitol Periodontal Group, and Surfside Dental. We are excited to bring out one of our package trucks for the children to experience from 10 am to 1 pm.

We invite you to join us for a fun-filled afternoon exploring and experiencing the different types of trucks up close! More than 1,500 attendees are expected to attend the event, and we hope to see you there!

General admission is $10 dollars and children under the age of 2 are admitted free. Tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster.

The proceeds raised from the event will support The Junior League of Sacramento community programs such as Read & Feed, Kids in the Kitchen, Done-in-a-Day, and more.

What is the Junior League of Sacramento?

The Junior League of Sacramento (JLS) is comprised of women who work together to better the community. The JLS was founded in 1942 and since then their areas of concentration have grown to include health, education, welfare, youth services, civic, cultural activities, and appropriate political advocacy.

The main goals of JLS are to promote voluntarism, develop the potential of women, and improve communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

We look forward to seeing you at the 2019 Touch-A-Truck Event!
