They are the values and characteristics instilled into all of us by our founder, friend, and patriarch William “Bill” Ramos. While Bill’s passing on August 1st has left a hole in our Ramos Family which can never be filled by one person, we eagerly accept the challenge of continuing the legacy and commitment to the values held with such importance by our founder.
As we continue to build upon Bill’s mission to “Provide our partners with the highest quality petroleum products and services to keep businesses moving and growing” throughout California and Nevada, we will not waver from the lessons and values he built Ramos Oil on.
The first step in our commitment is to continue the legacy Bill built over 60 years of service. Connecting with you, our valued partners and customers, to find new ways to improve and expand our services to help you achieve your business goals is a top priority. We will accomplish this through our open communication policy. Providing you with monthly updates about our services and products and in turn, asking you to let us know how we can help you improve and grow your business. Your input and suggestions will provide us with the insights to advance our pledge to provide you with the highest level of customer service possible.
One of the strongest beliefs Bill instilled into all of us is to demonstrate gratitude for the many blessing we have received by serving the needs of others and giving back to our communities. We affirm to not only continue contributing to the improvement of our communities but to find ways to give more. We are challenging all our service stations and employees to become involved with their local communities. We believe that without the support of the hard-working members of these great communities there would be no Ramos Oil.
Through hard work, determination, and building long-lasting relationships based on respect and high moral values Bill Ramos built Ramos Oil. We will always miss having Bill’s guidance, support, and wisdom within the company. However, his memory and legacy we remain as the driving force behind our business.
