Getting in Touch
We know your time is valuable and when you need to get ahold of us, we want to be available when, where, and how you need us. To help achieve this we have added several ways to contact our friendly team.
#1 – When using a mobile device, or if your computer is setup to make phone calls, you can quickly press our phone number on the top of our site to be connected to our sales team.
#3 & #4 – Need to ask us a quick question and would like someone to get back to you? You can send us a quick comment or question by simply pressing the message us or contact buttons that follow you through the website.
#5 – Need to chat with us but don’t want to get on the phone? No problem! We have added a convenient Click-to-Chat feature on our new site. During regular business hours you can chat live with one of our friendly staff. Not during business hours? Still not a problem! You can still click the button, leave us a message and how you would like to be contacted and a representative will get with you as soon as possible.
Customer Bill Pay
#2 – Need to pay your Ramos bill? You can conveniently do it right online through our secure portal. Customers who have used the portal in the past can continue to your existing credentials. New customers, or customers who have not used the online bill pay in the past can easily set up an account to begin using this feature.

We have put together some of the most used features of our existing site all in one convenient location. Here is how to find them, and what they do!
#1 – Company Menu: hover your mouse on a desktop computer or click the company tab on a mobile device to open the menu. Here you will find some valuable resources.
#2 – Place an Order: Know what product you want, when and where you want it? Click this to be taken to a simple form where you can request products for pickup or delivery. Once your order has been accepted, a friendly sale representative will contact you to confirm and finalize your order.
