Coping Amidst COVID-19

As the nation and the world approach the eighth month of the COVID-19 pandemic, members of our Ramos community continue to face the ongoing impact and personal, economic, and social challenges associated with this crisis.

What is now being referred to as the “New Norm” has changed the way that we interact with one another and has a greater impact on how we manage our physical and mental wellbeing.

Public health actions, including social distancing, school and business shutdowns, continue to affect adults and children, resulting in greater levels of anxiety and stress, than ever before. In a poll conducted by Kaiser Family Foundation, nearly half of those that responded to the poll reported that their mental wellness has been impacted by the coronavirus crisis.

As a member of our Ramos Oil family, we have put together the following resources to continue to guide you through this crisis, as well as providing these resources to help family members and friends in your community.
