Health & Life Insurance

Ramos Oil is a family-run business and we want to take care of you and your eligible family members with healthcare. Health Advocacy is available to eligible employees, their spouses or domestic partners, dependent children, parents, and parents-in-law. Career Development

We offer the opportunity to learn as you earn as a Ramos Oil employee. Employees involved with hazardous waste must take HAZWOPER Training, a 24-40 hours course. HAZWOPER stands for “Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response” and the training is covered by OSHA for Ramos Oil employees. Learn more about HAZWOPER training.

Financial Future & Retirement

We want our employees’ futures to be secured! We encourage our employees to participate in the Ramos Oil Company, Inc. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan. Ramos Oil matches employee contributions from 3% to 10% after 1 year of service. Contributions and any earnings on contributions are tax-deferred until money is withdrawn.
